To request a refund/exchange, please scroll to the bottom of the page and file the form attached.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same undamaged condition as received, with the original IYS ticket attached. Each order is entitled to one Exchange process or one Refund process.

Please note that damaged products, items with removed IYS tickets, or return requests made after 14 days from the date of receiving the order, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

*Unfortunately, at the mean time we do not process exchanges and refunds for international orders (outside Egypt).

NOTE:  On-sale and discounted items are NON-refundable, and are only eligible for a same-product size exchange.

Kindly be informed that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you request an exchange or a refund, you will be responsible for covering any additional shipping and handling costs.
However, in the case of receiving an incorrect product, damaged, or factory-defected one: we are pleased to offer a full cash-back or a free exchange - according to your preference.

Online orders are subject to post-purchase actions via the below e-form only, manual/offline actions are not supported.

Store purchases:

For all in-store purchases; their refunds and exchanges will be exclusively processed at the respective store, only.
We kindly request that you keep the original purchase receipt and ensure the product's ticket is attached for the process. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we kindly ask that the item is returned within a 14-day period from the date of purchase.

No online orders can be exchanged/refunded at store.


We take pride in the quality of our products, if you encounter any material or manufacturing defect in your IYS piece within 1 month from receiving the order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to rectifying the situation and ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

إذا لم تكن راضياً عن المنتج لأي سبب من الأسباب، فنحن نقدم سياسة استرجاع واستبدال سهلة ومرنة

لتقديم طلب استرجاع/استبدال برجاء ملئ البيان الإلكتروني في اسفل الصفحة

• لقبول طلب الإسترجاع/الإستبدال يجب ان يقدم الطلب في خلال ١٤ يوم من تاريخ استلام الشحنة
• لن يتم قبول اي طلبات في حالة تقديمها بعد المدة المذكورة
• المنتج يجب ان يكون في حالته الأصلية مرفقاً ببطاقة المقاس الخاصة به
• المنتجات التي تم تلفها، لبسها، او فقدان بطاقتها غير مؤهلة لإسترداد الأموال ولا تبدل بغيرها

يسمح للعملاء بعملية استرجاع او استبدال واحدة لكل عملية شراء اونلاين خلال موقعنا

• عمليات وخدمات الإسترجاع/الإستبدال حالياً لست مدعومة للطلبات الدولية (خارج مصر)

• المنتجات التي تم شرائها عن طريق كود للخصم او خلال فترة عروض لا تسترد تماماً. متاح فقط استبدالها من نفس ذات المنتج لغيره بمقاس آخر.

يرجي ملاحظة:

ان رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، ويكون العميل مسؤولاً عن تحمل أي رسوم شحن إضافية عند الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع.

• لو كان المنتج المستلم تالف/معيوب/غير مطابق للمطلوب، نقدم حينها استرداد كامل للمبلغ او إستبدال مجاني (حسب الرغبة)

*يوجد ضمان ضد عيوب الصناعة فقط ساري لمدة شهر من تاريخ الإستلام

اي منتجات تم شرائها من فروعنا، متاحة للإستبدال والإسترجاع من نفس الفرع فقط.

• يجب الإحتفاظ بإيصال الشراء الأصلي والتأكد من انه متاح عند الطلب
• مع الإحتفاظ بحالة المنتج الأصلية وبطاقة المنتج المرفق به
• التوجه للفرع في مدة لا تزيد عن ١٤ يوم من تاريخ الشراء للإستكمال

•الطلبات التي تمت من خلال موقعنا (اونلاين) لن يتم استبدال/استرجاعها خلال اي من فروعنا - تلك الخدمة تتم فقط عبر البيان الإلكتروني.

Orders take from 3-5 business days to be delivered within Greater Cairo & Giza. Other governorates' orders shall be delivered within 5-7 business days.
International orders and custom orders ("Print Your Own") may take up to 9/10 business days to be delivered.

Same/next-day and express shipping are, unfortunately as of now, not supported.
