📍 Standard Local Delivery Service
(in Egypt)
> Duration: 3-5 business days in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria – Other governorates in 4-7 business days
> Fees: greater Cairo & Giza = 69 EGP – Alex = 79 EGP – other = 88 EGP
> Free shipping: Orders over 4999 EGP

⚡ Same-Day Delivery Service - SDDS
(Cairo & Giza only)
> Serviceable areas: Check attached table at the bottom of the page!*
> Time-frame: Order before 1 PM = "same-day delivery" between 6-10 PM
Order after 1 PM = next-day delivery, 6-10 PM
> Fees: 149 EGP
- SDDS orders may be rescheduled once, by 1 day only, upon customer request. Longer reschedule requests aren’t supported, with order cancellation possible.

🌍 International Delivery Service
(outside Egypt)
> Duration: 7-10 business days
> Fees: Auto-calculated at checkout; based on order's weight and destination

! NO shipping on Fridays or any national/regional holidays; not considered business days. All delivery services are paused!
!! Mention a fully detailed address + a reachable phone number (for calls and WhatsApp) at checkout for a smooth delivery experience.

- Delivery durations are post-fulfillment estimates; delivery services are processed by third-party shipping companies.
- All orders must be accepted unopened; easy Exchanges/Refunds available after delivery.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full; no partial payments.
