Job Duties:
• The ability to achieve the required sales through effective management techniques, efficiently performing sales-related tasks, and delegating responsibilities to the branch's team.
• Guiding branch employees and working on improving their skills to boost sales.
• Properly scheduling tasks and distributing them among branch employees to make the best use of their skills.
• Clarifying and defining tasks in a way that helps achieve the best results.
• Building a team that can work harmoniously, benefiting the company and meeting the branch's needs.
• Continuously training team members to enhance their performance.
• Analyzing branch performance and developing action plans to improve results.
• Establishing a loyal customer base by interacting with them and fulfilling their needs.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the same role (Min 2 years)
• Strong Leadership skills
• A multitasker
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
