DOES IYS OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders within Greater Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria arrive in 2-5 business days. All other Egyptian governorates will receive their orders within a maximum of 5-7 business days.
International orders may take between 7-10 business days to be delivered, after their confirmation.
Noting that Fridays and all regional/national holidays, do not count as business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE?
A same-day delivery option is available in select areas* of greater Cairo and Giza (Egypt). It doesn't get any expresser than this!
If you place your order before 1 PM, and choose this service, you will receive your shipment on the same day between 6 PM and 10 PM.

All online orders are to be delivered to their designated addresses within the mentioned shipping time-frames.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
IYS aims for all orders to be prepared and shipped within a couple of hours of receiving them; hence edits are restricted to ensure a smooth process on our end.
If a change is urgently necessary, please do not hesitate to contact us and our team will gladly do their best to assist you further.
IS IT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE ORDER'S PACKAGING WHILE THE COURIER AWAITS?
This service is not supported. Orders are to be fully accepted upon their receival.
No partial payments will be tolerated by the third-party shipping company (in case of cash payments upon delivery).
