🚚 Standard Local Delivery Service (in Egypt)

Duration: 3-5 business days in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria – other governorates in 4-7 business days.
Fees: greater Cairo and Giza = 79 EGP – Alex = 89 EGP – other = 94 EGP.
Free shipping: on orders over 3999 EGP.
Guidelines: Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a mandatory confirmation process. A confirmation message will be sent, via WhatsApp, right after order placement.
⤷ Any unconfirmed COD order, after 48 hours, may be subject to cancellation.

⚡ Same-Day Delivery Service - SDDS

(Only in selected areas of Egypt's Cairo & Giza.)*

Guidelines: Place an order before 1 PM for same-day delivery, between 6 and 11 PM.
⤷ Orders placed after 1 PM are delivered the next business day, 6 to 11 PM.
Fees: 149 EGP.
SDDS orders may be rescheduled once, for next-day only, upon customer request. Longer reschedule requests are not supported.
This service is, currently, available exclusively for pre-paid orders.
SDDS is unavailable on Fridays/holidays; not considered business days!

🌍 International Delivery Service (outside Egypt)

Duration: up to 10 business days.
Guidelines: All foreign orders are subject to a mandatory confirmation process! A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp and/or email.
⤷ Unconfirmed orders, after 48 hours, will be subject to cancellation.
Fees: Auto-calculated at checkout; based on the order's weight and its destination.

Note: Some European countries may require additional documentation for customs clearance. If applicable, IYS’ team will contact customers to request necessary information.

Important notes

NO delivery services are active on Fridays or any holidays; not considered business days!
A detailed address and a reachable phone number (for calls & WhatsApp) must be provided at the checkout page!
⤷ Any order with a vague or incomplete address and/or an unreachable number may be subject to cancellation.

Delivery durations mentioned above are post-fulfillment estimates; delivery services are processed by third-party shipping companies. IYS does not guarantee an exact delivery date or time!
All orders must be accepted unopened.
⤷ COD orders, upon arrival, must be paid in full; partial payments are not allowed.
Online placed orders cannot be picked up in-store.
