🚚 Standard Local Delivery Service
(in Egypt)
▶ Duration: 3-5 business days in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria – Other governorates in 4-7 business days
▶ Fees: greater Cairo and Giza = 69 EGP – Alex = 79 EGP – other = 88 EGP
▶ Free shipping: on orders over 4999 EGP
> 🌙 during Ramadan: standard deliveries, usually might, take place before iftar; between 9 AM and 5 PM

⚡ Same-Day Delivery Service - SDDS
(Cairo & Giza only)
▶ Serviceable areas: Check the attached table at the bottom of this page!
▶ How it works; during Ramadan 🌙: Place an order before 12 PM (noon) for "same-day delivery" after iftar, between 8 PM and 12 AM (midnight) – Orders placed after 12 PM delivered next-day, 8 PM - 12 AM
▶ Fees: 149 EGP
> SDDS orders may be rescheduled once, for next-day only, upon customer request. Longer reschedule requests aren’t supported, with cancellation possible.

🌍 International Delivery Service
(outside Egypt)
▶ Duration: 7-10 business days
▶ Fees: Auto-calculated at checkout; based on the order's weight and its destination

!! NO shipping on Fridays nor any holidays**; not considered business days.
▶▶ **Upcoming holiday, Eid Al-Fitr: 19th to 23rd March - all delivery services are paused!
▶ Make sure you provide a detailed address and a reachable phone number (for calls & WhatsApp) at checkout page.
> Orders with vague or incomplete addresses and/or unreachable numbers will be subject to automatic cancellation.

- Delivery durations mentioned above are post-fulfillment estimates; delivery services are processed by third-party shipping companies. > IYS does not guarantee an exact delivery date nor time!
- All orders must be accepted unopened; Exchanges/Refunds available after delivery.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full; partial payments are not allowed.
- Online placed orders cannot be picked up in-store.
