We deliver across Egypt and globally! 🌍

• Local Shipping (inside Egypt): Fees are based on the governorate, automatically calculated at checkout.
  Delivery within greater Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria takes 2-5 business days. Other governorates will receive their orders within 5-7 business days.
  Free shipping for orders over 2999 EGP; within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria on the standard delivery service.
  
  
• Same-Day Delivery Service (SDDS): Available only in selected areas* of Cairo and Giza (Egypt) - refer to the below provided table to know the serviced locations.
  Orders must be placed before 1 PM; delivery takes place between 6 PM and 10 PM.
  
  
• International Shipping (outside Egypt): Fees are based on in-cart items' weight, and the delivery destination (region and country); calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery takes 7-10 business days.
  Free shipping for orders worth over 6999 EGP.
  
  
• Exchanges & Refunds: Covered locally, in Egypt, only.

Important Notes:
- NO shipping takes place on Fridays nor on any national and/or regional vacation days/holidays!
- Please ensure that your address (in details!) and a reachable phone number are clearly mentioned on the checkout data page for a smooth experience.
- Online orders are delivered to their designated addresses; a store pickup option for an online placed order is not supported.
