STOCK CONTROLLER

Job Duties:

Inventory Accuracy:
•⁠  ⁠Monitor and reconcile stock levels across stores and warehouse
•⁠  ⁠Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.

Stock Movement Coordination:
•⁠  ⁠Manage inbound and outbound stock transfers, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
•⁠  ⁠Liaise with logistics and store teams to track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.

System Management:
•⁠  ⁠Maintain inventory records using the applied system.
•⁠  ⁠Flag anomalies and initiate corrective actions with relevant departments.
•⁠  ⁠Loss Prevention & Compliance:
•⁠  ⁠Identify patterns of shrinkage, damage, or misplacement and propose preventive measures.
•⁠  ⁠Ensure compliance with internal controls and brand standards.

Reporting & Analysis:
•⁠  ⁠Generate monthly stock reports for management review.
•⁠  ⁠Support the relative departments with data on sell-through and replenishment needs.

Qualifications:
•⁠  ⁠Previous 3-5 years of experience in the same role 
•⁠  ⁠Strong Leadership skills
•⁠  ⁠A multitasker
•⁠  ⁠Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
