As a Fashion Production Manager for In Your Shoe, your role is crucial in overseeing the entire production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supplier Management: Identify and onboard reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely sourcing of materials and components.
- Production Planning: Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and internal teams to develop production plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Quality Control: Implement quality standards, conduct inspections, and work closely with suppliers to ensure adherence to specifications and resolve any production issues.
- Cost Management: Monitor production costs, analyze budget allocations, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Production Monitoring: Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient shipment and distribution of finished products.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a production team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective workflow and optimal productivity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Fashion Production Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant tools for production planning and monitoring.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion Production.
