WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders within Greater Cairo & Giza arrive in 3-5 business days. All other Egyptian governorates will receive their orders within a maximum of 6-7 business days.
International orders may take up to 9/10 business days to be delivered, after their confirmation.
Noting that Fridays and Saturdays, as well as all regional/national holidays do not count as business days.
DOES IYS OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, the same-day-delivery service is available*!
If you place your order before 1 PM on our website and select the same-day delivery option at checkout, it will be delivered to you between 6-10 PM.
To ensure a smooth procedure: we kindly ask you to insert your full and detailed address as well as an active phone number.
*Please note that this service is currently available only in specific areas of Cairo & Giza (Egypt), on usual business weekdays.
It is not available on Fridays and regional/national holidays.
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
IYS aims for all orders to be prepared and shipped within a couple of hours of receiving them; hence edits are restricted to ensure a smooth process on our end.

IS IT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE ORDER'S PACKAGING WHILE THE COURIER AWAITS?
This service is not supported. Orders are to be fully accepted upon their receival.
No partial payments will be tolerated by the third-party shipping company (in case of cash payments upon delivery).
