OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Duties:
•⁠  ⁠Reviews and summarize offers of third-party partners 
•⁠  ⁠Does market research to compare the offers that we get and assess whether it is adequate or not.
•⁠  ⁠Tracking international orders and creating orders summaries for each order to facilitate shipping 
•⁠  ⁠Notifies the community management with orders’ statuses to ensure a prompt follow up with the customers.
•⁠  ⁠Responsible for resolving delivery issues with couriers 
•⁠  ⁠Works hand in hand with finance in comparing the payment records they provide versus what the finance got.
•⁠  ⁠Responsible for Printing the barcodes for items in production.

Qualifications:
•⁠  ⁠Previous experience in the same role 
•⁠  ⁠Strong Leadership skills
•⁠  ⁠A multitasker
•⁠  ⁠Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
