🚚 Standard Local Delivery Service
(in Egypt)
▸ Duration: 3-5 business days in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria – Other governorates in 4-7 business days
▸ Fees: greater Cairo and Giza = 69 EGP – Alex = 79 EGP – other = 88 EGP
▸ Free shipping: on orders over 4999 EGP

⚡ Same-Day Delivery Service - SDDS
(in Egypt's Cairo & Giza only)
▸ Serviceable areas: Mentioned in the table at the bottom of this page. Kindly check it prior to ordering!
▸ Guidelines: Place an order before 1 PM for same-day delivery, between 6 and 11 PM.
‣ Orders placed after 1 PM delivered next-day, 6 to 11 PM.
▸ Fees: 149 EGP
▸ SDDS orders may be rescheduled once, for next-day only, upon customer request. Longer reschedule requests are not supported, with order cancellation possible.

🌍 International Delivery Service
(outside Egypt)
▸ Duration: 7-10 business days
▸ Fees: Auto-calculated at checkout; based on the order's weight and its destination.

!! NO deliveries happen on Fridays nor any holiday; not considered business days.
▸ Make sure you provide a detailed address and a reachable phone number (for calls & WhatsApp) at checkout page.
‣ Orders with vague or incomplete addresses and/or unreachable numbers will be subject to automatic cancellation.

▸ Delivery durations mentioned above are post-fulfillment estimates; delivery services are processed by third-party shipping companies. IYS does not guarantee an exact delivery date nor time.
