WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders within Greater Cairo & Giza arrive in 3-5 business days. All other Egyptian governorates will receive their orders within a maximum of 6-7 business days.
International orders may take up to 9/10 business days to be delivered, after their confirmation.
Noting that Fridays and Saturdays, as well as regional/national holidays do not count as business days.
Same-day and next-day delivery services are not supported by our end.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER ONLINE AND PICK THE SHIPMENT UP FROM ANY STORE?
Unfortunately, this service isn't supported.
All online orders are to be delivered to their designated addresses within the mentioned shipping time-frames.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
IYS aims for all orders to be prepared and shipped within a couple of hours of receiving them so edits are restricted to ensure a smooth process on our end.
If a change is urgently necessary, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will gladly do our best to assist you further.
IS IT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE ORDER'S PACKING WHILE THE COURIER AWAITS?
This service is not activated. Orders are to be fully accepted upon their receival.
No partial payments will be tolerated by the third-party shipping company (in case of cash payment upon delivery).
