🚚 Standard Local Delivery Service
(in Egypt)
▸ Duration: 3-5 business days in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria – Other governorates in 4-7 business days
▸ Fees: greater Cairo and Giza = 69 EGP – Alex = 79 EGP – other = 88 EGP
▸ Free shipping: on orders over 4999 EGP

⚡ Same-Day Delivery Service - SDDS
(in Egypt's Cairo & Giza only)
▸ Serviceable areas: Mentioned in the table at the bottom of this page*. Kindly check it prior to ordering!
▸ Guidelines: Place an order before 1 PM for same-day delivery, between 6 and 11 PM.
⤷ Orders placed after 1 PM delivered next-day, 6 to 11 PM.
▸ Fees: 149 EGP
▸ SDDS orders may be rescheduled once, for next-day only, upon customer request. Longer reschedule requests are not supported, with order cancellation possible.

🌍 International Delivery Service
(outside Egypt)
▸ Duration: 7-10 business days
▸ Fees: Auto-calculated at checkout; based on the order's weight and its destination.

⤷ **Current holiday: Eid El-Adha, 26th – 31st May; all delivery services are PAUSED!
▸ A detailed address and a reachable phone number (for calls & WhatsApp) must be provided at checkout page.
⤷ Any order with vague or incomplete address and/or unreachable number may be subject to automatic cancellation.
▸ All Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a mandatory confirmation process. A confirmation message will be sent, via WhatsApp, right after order placement.
⤷ Any unconfirmed COD order, after 48 hours, will be subject to cancellation.

▸ Delivery durations mentioned above are post-fulfillment estimates; delivery services are processed by third-party shipping companies. IYS does not guarantee an exact delivery date nor time.
▸ All orders must be accepted unopened; Exchanges/Refunds available after delivery.
▸ COD (Cash On Delivery) orders must be paid in full; partial payments are not allowed.
▸ Online placed orders cannot be picked up in-store.
