If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, You can return or exchange it. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on either our website or store. Buyer pays exchange shipping fee.

The product must be in the same condition and undamaged in any way with the ticket attached as received and customers are only eligible for one Exchange process and one Refund process per order.

If the product is damaged in anyway, original IYS Tickets been removed or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, you will not be eligible for a Refund nor an Exchange.

At the mean time Exchanges and Refunds are not available for International orders (outside Egypt).



Store Orders can only be returned or exchanged through the store with the purchase receipt within 14 days from the sale date, tickets attached and in its original condition.



We offer 1 month warranty on all our products.

مسموح بعملية استبدال او استرجاع واحدة فقط لأي طلب. العميل يتحمل مصاريف شحن الأستبدال.
